MUSICA DISPERSA

DIABOLO 30.011 - 1970 - SP

Musica Dispersa record cover This is for me one of the best spanish records, with Maquina's ' Why?'.
It's difficult to definie it, but it's really unique in its kind. Some people say it's similar to german groups Kalacakra or Siloah, or english Comus, but Jaume Sisa the band's leader, gave to this record something more, maybe a mediterranean touch, much acoustic and few electric, in fact, though it's psychedelic folk, it has 'different' moments, some of them acid, other melodic and dreamy. The track Cefalea is very beautiful and Gilda, with that harmonica and piano, which reminds me to Top Drawer Sweet Memories, is simply touching.
Record has one poster as insert.
